National Firefighters & Paramedics Committee PAC

The National Firefighters & Paramedic Committee PAC, an initiative of the UCVF PAC, is a non-party political organization (not a charity) established and regulated under section 527 of the tax code. Our goal is to advocate for the election of more Candidates that support the efforts of our Nation's firefighters and share the same agenda.

The National Firefighters & Paramedics Committee PAC is committed to improving the lives and working conditions of volunteer firefighters and paramedics nationwide. Through public education, advocacy, and strategic electoral support, we work to elevate the voices of those who serve our communities and ensure that political leaders champion the needs and priorities of emergency responders across America.

Volunteer firefighters and paramedics are among the most selfless and courageous individuals in our communities. Whether racing to a burning home, responding to a highway collision, or providing life-saving care during a crisis, these dedicated professionals consistently put the well-being of others ahead of their own. Yet despite their sacrifices, too many volunteer departments remain underfunded, understaffed, and overlooked in the political arena.

For far too long, our nation’s emergency responders have gone without the recognition and resources they need to do their jobs safely and effectively. It’s time for that to change. With your support, we can advocate for stronger legislation, increased funding, and better protections—ensuring our firefighters and paramedics receive the respect, support, and investment they deserve. Together, we can strengthen our communities by standing up for those who serve them.

CONTRIBUTIONS ARE NOT TAX DEDUCTIBLE

It's crucial that we advocate for legislation that supports the well-being and fair treatment of our firefighters and paramedics.

Advocating for the health, safety, and fair treatment of our nation’s firefighters and paramedics is more important now than ever. These brave individuals face immense challenges on the front lines, and they deserve more than just gratitude—they deserve action.

Key legislative initiatives can significantly improve the lives of those who risk everything to protect us. Among the most critical is the need for expanded mental health and peer support programs. The emotional toll of emergency response work is real, and access to counseling, crisis support, and peer networks can make a life-changing difference for those who serve.

We must also fight for fair pay—especially for federal firefighters who are often undercompensated despite taking on some of the most dangerous and demanding assignments. Their dedication should be matched by a paycheck that reflects their value.

And as wildfires grow more intense and frequent, wildland firefighters need better support, recognition, and compensation. These heroes face grueling conditions, and we must ensure they have the resources, equipment, and financial backing necessary to do the job safely and effectively.

Your voice matters. By coming together and demanding that our elected officials prioritize emergency responders, we can build a future where firefighters and paramedics are not just honored in words, but supported in action.
